ok both the jz4775 and ic1t cpu cards pass routing and plane
(connectivity) checks, it's what i've been spending my evenings on,
over the past couple of weeks. i have to consider replacing the
SD/MMC card slot on the IC1T board with a BGA 11mm eMMC because SD/MMC
is not as reliable, eMMC has 8 data lines and will be faster. BGA 159
pin eMMC will just about fit and will simplify the design slightly.

more later, will create PCB images etc.
