I just spotted this

It seems like there is a new person working on a driver for mali
hardware, specifically the mali-400, and apparently it is an amd
employee.

wow look at that README. license headers are MIT so that's okay.

he's basing things on gallium3d - the MALI architecture doesn't
really fit the gallium3d model, but at least it's a start. and he has
the expertise to work on the shader compiler.
