[Arm-netbook] Mail service problems

Apologies for poor mail service today. There have been disk problems. The
hosting company has been working since this morning to fix things - but there
are still some unexpected down-time/reboots.

The machine is back up ... not quite 100% - there may be some bounces later.

One of the main data stores became corrupt, I had to completely wipe and restore
from backup. This affected all email and mail lists. You might find that some
mail sent in the last 18 hours has got lost.
