[Arm-netbook] shenzen extremely poor internet connection

apologies i believe it may actually be better for me to try using GPRS
here in shenzen, it would be faster and more reliable. i will try to
find ways to get better connections.

Its the international links that are poor from Far East.
Within CN, internet should be fast.
