[Arm-netbook] passthrough card v0 quick status

assembled here with my friend's equipment, i got the 9161A tab pin
wrong (GND instead of power), and i managed somehow to reverse the
order of the OTG pinouts 5-1, despite cut/paste from a known working
board. after pulling up the 3.3v regulator and putting a top-mount OTG
reversed in place of the mid-mount, powerup worked and the GL850G USB
Hub came up.

tomorrow i will test the tfp401a by... you'll like this... configuring
an A20 board to do HDMI output, and wiring it to the passthrough card
:)

You know if this works you can't not have HDMI out on the rockchip one right?
