I would have done this sooner:

... if I'd not managed to break ikiwiki in a confusing manner -- in the
end setting up my wiki/blog from scratch seems to have done the trick,
so I can now blog again (which may point the way to getting the rhombus
site back on that server too).

BTW that goes on planet.debian.org, so may drum up more interest, with luck.

ah ha! that'd be great. ohhh that was the one thing we didn't try.
ah that may be worthwhile doing a bugreport about - do you still have
the original configs that are borked so diffs can be done after
new-setup?
